Weekday Rate: $85/hour

A 50% deposit is required to reserve your time slot on our calendar. The remainder of your booking cost will be due the day of your shoot. Payments may be made with cash, check or Venmo.
Q and A
Can I bring my own props or styling materials?
Yes! You’re welcome (and encouraged) to bring your own props, backdrops, or styling items to make the shoot your own.
Am I allowed to move furniture or decor?
Yes—small furniture pieces and decor can be moved to suit your vision. We just ask that you return everything to its original position before leaving.
Can I use the dishes or mugs in the kitchen?
Absolutely! Help yourself to our mugs and Nespresso coffee bar (creamer included in the mini fridge). We kindly ask that any used dishes be placed in the sink before you go.
Whatâs included with my rental?
Your hourly rental includes:
- Full access to the first floor: living room, great room, kitchen, dining room, and powder room
- Outdoor patio and garden
- Complimentary drinks in the mini fridge
- Nespresso coffee bar with creamer
- Plenty of privacy and peaceful surroundings
Do you have any pets on-site?
We do! đ You might hear a nibble or two from our three sweet pet bunnies—Flopsy, Mopsy, and Cottontail—who live nearby but typically keep to themselves.
đ¶ We also have dogs, but rest assured they will not be present during your rental time. Please note this if you or your clients have severe allergies.
Is there a bathroom available?
Yes! A clean and stylish powder room is available on the first floor for guest use.
Do I need to clean up afterward?
Yes—please leave the space as you found it. Reset any moved furniture or decor, throw away any trash, and place any used mugs or dishes in the sink. A simple reset checklist will be available to help guide you before you leave.
Is the space private during my session?
Yes. Once you're checked in, the entire studio is yours to use without interruptions. We do not have staff on-site during sessions unless otherwise arranged.
Is lighting provided?
The studio features beautiful natural light throughout the day, but no additional photography lighting (like ring lights or softboxes) is provided. Please bring any lighting equipment you may need.
Can I use your baskets, bowls or other decor to style my products?
Yes. If you see something decorative that you would like to use for your shoot, you are more than welcome to use our "props." Just be sure to put things back as you found them.
